NH Hotel Porto Jardim

Staff here were very friendly, we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and they quickly offered to hold our bags for us and directed us to where we could have lunch. We happened to be staying in Porto during the 10-hour country-wide blackout. The hotel staff were great; everything was very orderly... no chaos. We always felt safe under the circumstances. Of course, there were no restaurants open, but the hotel put together something for us – which was dinner that night. The location is very good, very walkable to several sections of Porto that were on our list to visit. A very pleasant stay, given the circumstances.

Quiet location, not too far from main attractions in Porto. Rooftop pool is shallow ~70cm depth but perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. Rooms clean well furnished. Enjoyed my stay and would consider NH in other locations in future.

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel and their staff especially. We were so well cared for through the 10 hour nationwide regional blackout, the staff was calm and reassuring and professional the entire time. Could not be happier with this hotel. The rooms are lovely and modern, bed was super comfortable, large bathroom with a great shower, the hotel has a fantastic little back yard area to sit in, everything felt high end and well designed -- 10/10, would absolutely stay here again in beautiful Porto and am sad to be leaving!
