Friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little out of town but there is a tram stop around ten minutes away by foot.

The hotel looks fairly new and well organised in quite green area , located no far from the airport ,maybe 10 min from business park ( tk maxx, supermarket,other stores , meeting centre) The have underground parking The building have a lot of rooms ,gym and spa on last floor. Check in 15:00 Check out 12:00 Rooms( we had standard double room with breakfast ,1 night middle of August paid £ per night): cheap room, very clean 10/10, very comfortable,bed linen are soo soft , big TV, kettle,tea, coffee, fridge,cups and wine glasses,big windows ,good working air-conditioning. There is a wardrobe with a hangers ,very good size of the room, quite Bathroom: very clean and tidy 10/10, soap , shower gel,shampoo,hairdryer . Breakfast: 10/10 everyone will find something for themselves, there is a lot of different type of bread ( the only in hire I would suggest to give a gloves or something what you can use while cutting a bread,there was nothing so I could not try ),hot,cold meals, drinks fruits,veg,gluten free option, diary free option ,sweets ..etc Service: helpful staff, very professional and polite were staff in a breakfast area .

Although the room was fairly comfortable with all the amenities, the windows on the rooms fave people on the street a direct view into the room. The curtain had to remain closed and therefore the room was always dark. The stay was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, but the check-in process was a bit longer than expected. The Wi-fi wasn't the greatest and could be better.
