Super Location - centrally located. Clean, great staff. Great value for money. Although the breakfast, I would say, needs more sortiment and the area could have been a little bigger. Big plus for travellers with pets. Parking is direct under the hotel.

I wouldn't think that I'll be unlucky enough to be at the receiving end of the negative reviews I saw on Google, but firstly, let me share the good points. ✔️ Location is great. Right in front of the train station and walkable to the old marketplace and attractions. ✔️ Breakfast is ok, the usual breakfast food that one will expect. Staff at the restaurant were quite polite and friendly. 🚩 All the room windows face the mall; not just the mall, but the common passages like the escalators 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🚩🚩 The level of room cleaning services and hygiene is questionable. They refilled the coffee capsules but didn't refill the facial tissue by the basin. For sustainability reasons, I understand that they wouldn't change the towels, but the room wasn't even made up. The beds weren't fixed, the rubbish cans weren't emptied and floor wasn't even swept or vacuumed. In a room with 2 adults and 2 young kids, the dirt and rubbish can add up quite quickly especially staying more than a night. I'm worried that this is the general standard of NH Hotels as my Berlin trip in the next few days later is another NH Hotel stay. In essence, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are coming to Leipzig or to anyone reading this review.

It is a very nice hotel located in the city center. The room was spacious and clean. It’s also great that they allow pets. However, a dog in a nearby room was barking for quite a while, which made it difficult to get some rest. It might be a good idea to have better sound insulation for pet-friendly rooms or to place them a bit farther away from regular rooms so other people can get proper rest. As well water in the shower does not properly drain. Booked a queen bed but got two separate, pushed-together beds instead. I’ll give it two stars because even though the hotel is nice, at that price, there’s still room for improvement.
