5-Star Stay at NH Linate – Highly Recommended! At first, I thought the hotel was a bit far from Milan’s city center, but it turned out to be the perfect location for me as a doctor. It’s very close to the airport and just minutes away from the companies where I attended a dental implant training with Biologitech. The service was excellent — the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Every request I made to the room was handled quickly and efficiently. The food at the restaurant was great, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I stayed for 4 days and genuinely enjoyed every moment. Public transportation is convenient too — just a 6-minute walk to reach the nearest metro station. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’d gladly stay here again!
I checked in today May 6, 2025. The restaurant and bar are closed, but I can go across the street to eat there (they were closed). The room was HOT when we checked in at 30c and only cooled to 23c. The refrigerator in the room does not work and when my husband went to check behind to see if it was Unplugged, it was disgustingly dirty! The Bidet had not been cleaned properly and it showed. The wall paper is pealing in many placed and just missing in some. We wanted some ice and I was told the machine does not work since they don't have a restaurant and I could go across the street if I wanted ice. The front desk person kept telling me to talk to the manager in the morning. I leave at 3am, pretty sure there won't be a manager at that time of day. Just shut this place down please, it's a waste of money!
i have never experience such a rude receptionist! He talks to you in a way as you are NOT a guest of the hotel nor you have paid for it. I would stay away as its not worth paying for something when the front line of the reception can be somebody who is almost ready start swearing on you given that you are the guest and you have paid for the room.
