NH Lyon Airport

I had just come off a horrible flight full of delays, fighting on the plane and an eventual turnaround. NH Lyon was like an oasis, they treated me great, were the perfect location and the room was wonderful. Its amazing how great service can turn your day around in minutes. Thanks for a great stay.

Surprisingly affordable & convenient upscale hotel, right in the front yard of Lyon St. Exupery Airport. Staff were professional all around. Restaurant food was excellent. Rooms were super clean & fully functional. Breakfast buffet had all of the favorite French items. Definitely plan to stay here our next time in Lyon.

I had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel Lyon Airport. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet — the soundproofing is excellent, as you don’t hear anything from other rooms or outside (you don’t hear the planes for example). The lobby and restaurant are beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk service was excellent and very efficient. The location next to the airport is perfect, and within just a 2-minute walk you can hop on the shuttle bus. Breakfast was delicious and very extensive. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if items like the pancakes were served warm — eating them cold is a bit of a shame. One small downside was the bathroom door, which opens inward in a rather awkward way, blocking access to the toilet and nearly hitting the shower. You really have to maneuver around it to get in. I paid under €130 per night, which felt very reasonable for the quality offered. However, I know that prices can be extremely high during certain periods due to events in the area, and that might affect your experience or expectations if you’re paying significantly more. Overall, though, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
