Really good experience being at the NH Hotel Mannheim - great place with great facilities and most importantly, really hospitable staff. Great attention and care received from Melissa, Michael and Michael! All staff are very courteous and professional.
I like the location, not far from the center and still easy to park right at the premise. However the building is probably an old building went under some renovation, the bathroom has some smell once in a while, some rooms worse than the others. There's no kettle or coffee making facility in the room. The breakfast is €24 which I think is a bit excessive for this area and the this level of hotel. Other than that it's clean and convenient.
This was low quality in all aspects. Definitely not staying there agin. Rooms are tight, hotel is far from city, provides no parking and there’s no parking space available. No drinking water in my category!!! That’s low and unnecessary because the origin of hotel is hospitality.
