Very friendly staff, the reception was incredibly attentive and friendly, always welcoming us with a smile, especially Yair, who made a real difference with his very attentive support. The breakfast was excellent, rooms were very cleaned with some good amenities, as a coffee machine. In the reception and in each floor the hotel offers some amenities, as popcorns, candies and fresh water. I stayed there with my little dog and it was a very nice experience for both of us. This place made us feel very welcomed.
Hotel is nice and provide very good customer service, but seems like the shopping mall where is located stores are closing so it doesn't look attractive. Melissa at the reception is outstanding, always willing to help on all requests.
Hotel is OK. Inconvenient to wait on elevator to go through the whole mall. The breakfast is GARBAGE. and the servers are always hiding in the kitchen. Can't get anyone to cook an omelet or get me salt for my bland eggs. No Juice. No one refills any of it.
