Pros Cristian at reception desk, the hotel staff, as well as Angel , Mario and all the staff of the restaurant were wonderful. Good location near the mall.Many restaurants. Cons They charged us for water in the room on one occasion when we wanted more than one bottle as per their policy. Admittedly they did slip us a few free ones during our stay. The breakfast buffet selection was ok but breakfast sausages and well cooked bacon would have been appreciated

The hotel was nice. Our room could use some paint touchups but all and all a comfortable room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was odd because it is the middle of a mall but there was no noise in our room. Also they make sure you scan your key to get up to the rooms. being in a mall worked out great for our late night snacks and drinks. We had something different each night. I would definitely stay here again.
