NH Munchen Unterhaching

nh München Unterhaching hotel is amazing. The location is close to the S-Bahn, stores, restaurants, and parks. But the staff is absolutely amazing. They spoke excellent English which made things so much easier for us. But the staff also takes an enormous amount of pride in keeping the hotel spotless and clean. We very much appreciate the staff and everything they did to help make our visit memorable. And I don’t recall the woman’s name who helped check us out, but she was professional and I believe should be promoted for her excellent service. She had blonde hair and checked us out on 25.3.2025.

I just stayed here for a week on a work trip from Chicago. I had a wonderful stay, the rooms are very comfortable with a nice little living room area, the breakfast is delicious and so fresh with so many options! In America, a hotel breakfast is never this good or with this high-quality ingredients. Compliments to Rasel for ensuring such a nice breakfast ! The people working here are wonderful, extremely welcoming and professional. They were also nice enough to speak English with me because their English is better than my German! The train station is nearby making it easy to get around Munich. You can also walk to a really nice local mineral bath, an easy walk of about 5 miles round-trip. I highly recommend this!

Clean and wide suit, although i am platinum member and eligible for upgrade and late checkout, they mentioned that they are fully booked but they aren’t. when i showed them there are rooms available they given me upgrade but again they refused for late checkout out for different reasons. No transparency.
