I spent 9 days in Malaga at the Hotel NH and I loved it!!!. The hotel is just great for the following reasons: - Location: the hotel is close to everything (city center, restaurants, beaches, subway...). - Staff is super friendly and if you need anything, they will provide whatever you need within minutes. - Rooms are well decorated and clean. By the way, you will get 2 free drinks/day if you don't want your room to be cleaned (sustainability purposes: very good) . - Breakfast: just delicious and yummy with healthy products. I asked for an omelet every morning and the staff brought it to me with a smile and quickly. - Pool: good size for a downtown hotel with a big patio and a bar (bartenders are so nice and friendly). However, the pool opens only at 11am and closes at 8pm. This is not good. After the beach, i like to spend some time at the pool with a beer but unfortunately the pool closes too early from my point of view (and other customers). It would be great to maybe review the schedule of the pool. I do recommend this hotel, you won't regret.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good sized bathroom. Regular supply of mineral water. Adequate room size. Enjoyed not having to fight over a bed. Pool was sufficient size. Breakfast had nice selection and a lot to choose from. Free drinks if you chose not to have your room cleaned. Good location. Close to bars shops and restaurants. Lots of freebies. Only negative was the evening meal and cheeseboard.

First the bad; Don't pay extra for the city view (room 408), you're mostly looking at buildings across the street unless you lean over. I thought it was a smaller hotel but it's not, and the pool is way too small for the size of the hotel, probably because of the season, so too crowded. I had paid a lot more for these features, and was disappointed. That said, the lobby is gorgeous, giving a welcoming feel. The staff seem nice. The breakfast is truly exceptional, 10 stars out of five. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the blackout curtains very effective. I'd come here again, maybe in a less busy season with a more basic room but definitely with the breakfast option.
