NH Napoli Panorama

We had an excellent stay at NH Napoli, which ended 1 week ago. The hotel is perfectly located near the seafront and close to key attractions. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, with a pleasant view of the sea. Breakfast was varied and generous, with high-quality products. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Naples. We would happily return !!

Great Stay at a Well-Located Hotel We spent 4 nights at this lovely and conveniently located hotel, and everything went very smoothly. The room offering a panoramic view of the port, was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight — plenty of variety, new items almost every day, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. If I could make a couple of suggestions: it would be helpful to have brief descriptions of the breakfast items, as it’s not always easy to tell what everything is without asking. Also, offering a complimentary bottle of water each day (rather than just on the first day) would be a nice touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Good stay generally although the hotel needs some improvements. Room is fine and clean with good facilities but it’s small size. Service is not bad and the reception staff are friendly. Location is good close to the port and attractions / activities around and there is a nice view from the higher floors. Prices are high somehow. They offer very good breakfast with variety. I am a member so i recommend.
