NH Paris Gare De l'Est

Stayed 18.-25.8.2025. Quite dissapointted to this hotel. Rooms are very small. Couldn’t go around the bed. Room had some issues, I reported about them. During the week of staying,they didn’t do anything for those problems. One floor was under construction, lot of workers going around all the time. All quite noisy because of that. When checking in, they reserved 350€ from credit card for the minibar. I didn’t understand why, there were only few bottles. Next visit I will choose another hotel.

I regret to express our disappointment with the experience we are currently having during our stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we found our room in a condition that is far from acceptable. As shown in the attached photo, there are visible signs of damage, dirt buildup, and an overall sense of neglect. We were not informed beforehand that the hotel was undergoing renovations, which has made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating. In addition, the breakfast service has been quite poor. The variety is very limited, and to our surprise, food is no longer replenished even when there is still more than an hour left before the buffet closes. This lack of care makes guests feel disregarded and undervalued. We chose your hotel with high expectations, but sadly, our stay has not met even the basic standards of comfort and hospitality. We are very disappointed with our current experience at the hotel . This is not we have expected from a hotel of this category. I’m calling the recepción many times but no one answer .This is unacceptable

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was shockingly small – barely enough space to move around or keep our luggage. It felt cramped and claustrophobic, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and quite rude. Instead of addressing our concerns, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. Basic hospitality and courtesy were completely lacking. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful experience. There are much better options available in the same price range.
