Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Ravenna I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is ideal — right in the center, making it perfect for exploring all that Ravenna has to offer. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully maintained, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. What truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially Grațiana Neagu, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I can’t wait to come back again — highly recommended!
This hotel has great hospitality. They went over and above and beyond. They had extra accessories to the room like toothbrushes. Toothpaste brush robes, they gave us an upgrade and they gave us water bottles for our travels. They were so caring and I would recommend this is a 5 star. It's close to a college and the train station , but it's really private act quiet clean management rocks!
Very disappointed with the transfer they offer to the port. They said it would take 15 minutes , turns out it is a multi hotel drop and pickup and ended up over half an hour late due to this. An uber was cheaper and we feel fleeced by the hotel
