NH San Luis Potosi

Parking is terrible. Small, very difficult for maneuver, and you are by yourself. No assistance, no help. The person at the parking lot is not kind nor helpful. The entrance ramp is about 45 degrees slope, no caution signal and my car scratches at the bottom. In the room, the A/C only cools, no heating and weather is cold. These is amazing !!!!! for this NH brand!.

As a NH brand they should be ashamed to provide customers with disgusting and dirty towels. Towels had yellow stains and a grey color, I didn't want to use the towels so I talked to the people at the front desk, they acknowledged the problem and send me a new set of towels. The next day they removed the good towels and left a new set worse than the first one. I once again talked to the front desk, they were very polite but didn't take any action, my frustration grew at this point I was already living the hotel. This is a serious issue that MUST be addressed by the corporation that manages the NH hotels. I usually stay at NH in different cities but this hotel doesn't resemble any other NH hotel that I stayed so far.

The room is dirty, I mean everything is dirty.. am Glad i didn’t pay for it. The airline pay for it. I stayed at another hotel when we come her, is a lot less and cleaner. I would never stay here if I had to pay for it. Tv is small, restroom dirty, bed sheets dirty. Towels nasty. Restroom floor dirty. I can go on the only reason I have it 1 star is because of the staff.
