NH Sintra Centro

I have never commented on a hotel until after I have left. This is the one exception. Immediately after entering the hotel I found it clean and well maintained. My check in wasn't until three, but they allowed me to check in early at 11. The room is clean and comfortable, and unlike some European hotels, my room is spacious, including the bathroom. I appreciate that the staff is very accommodating and professional. Their courteous attitude seems to be genuine and it shows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sintra Portugal. I promise you won't go wrong if you're looking for a reasonable priced hotel during the height of tourist season, this is it.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was located in center city and close to everything. They also have a great bar with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful from arrival to check-out. Maria (new girl) helped us book our bus to Porto and another front desk associate let me bum a smoke. Love that added hospitality!! See you again soon!

Wonderful staff makes you overlook the out of style decor, although it is charming. Breakfast was good; a wide choice of buffet foods although the hot items were limited but you could have eggs made to order as well. Great location and spectacular views especially from the bar terrace with a well made drink from the excellent and knowledgeable staff. If driving call ahead to the hotel for details about parking and getting access to the town. Highly recommended.
