NH Stuttgart Airport

We had a great stay! The rooms 216 & 415 were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortabel, we had a good rest! The breakfast was good, you could order from a small menu. The staff was VERY friendly staff ( cleaners, Kara & nue im team lady from the breakfast) . Thank you we Will visit again!!

This hotel is a peaceful place to rest. The room has everything needed including a comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom with some additional items. They have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport on the half hours. The reception is efficient and friendly. Ms. M. Weidman patiently advised me on all things including the nearby area. I felt very welcome and completely refreshed. I even had a bird 🐦 singing to me outside the windows. They have a little convenience store in the lobby where you can buy drinks and snacks as well as a good bar and restaurant with nice food. I recommend buying the daily buffet breakfast at checkin because you will save money versus buying on the spot. It is a very pleasant place to stay.

the desk girl was so unfriendly and unhelpful and unprofessional. when i arrived she was so rude. i had a problem with my reservation(hotel’s fault, they booked the room for the wrong month, but i have the email where i wrote the right date), she didn’t even try to help me, she just sent me away. i asked to talk with someone else and she said she was the only one there, but i could see there was another guy, so i asked to talk with her boss and she said i couldn’t. when i tried to book another room and offered to pay the one for the next month she said i couldn’t use my deal bc the other room was not paid yet, even if i had more money on the deal. she sent me away again. i went online and booked another room, she said she couldn’t give me a room from the desk. i hope she gets some consequences for her actions. she was rude all the time. moreover the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room was full of insects.
