Absolutely great location, not far from the boat stop, less than 5 mins, stunning views from the room at every corner, even the shower. Room was large and clean with lots of extra comforts. Breakfast was plentiful and really tasty. Great variety - much better than I expected - tasted so good and set us up for a great day exploring. Staff on reception extremely pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel itself - you couldn’t ask for anything more
We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights. Had a great experience. Arrived by water taxi. Our room had a small balcony with ca al view. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel provided with all necessary bathroom needs ie toothbrushes and tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, dressing gowns and slippers. AC was working perfectly and was not noisy. Breakfast was great- bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, huge variety of cheese and salami, great selection of fruits and bakery. The hotel was very clean. Location is great- close to train station, coach station, water taxi, public water tram. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy within 5 min walk. We shall definitely stay in this hotel again. Do not stay at this hotel. During my honeymoon, I experienced a very serious theft. After checking out, I left my backpack at the front desk for storage. When I picked it up, several items were missing, including my tablet and other personal belongings. The hotel acknowledged that a theft had occurred, yet despite this, I have not received any refund for the stay, nor any meaningful compensation for the emotional distress or the disruption this incident caused to what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime trip. More than that, communication from the hotel has been unacceptably poor. After initial vague responses, they eventually stopped replying entirely. Months have passed with no resolution or follow-up. In addition, The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that resembled sewage. It made staying in the room extremely uncomfortable. This experience was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. I am sharing it so that others are aware of the risks involved.
