Nha Trang Horizon Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, modern, and peaceful. From the first day, the staff welcomed us warmly and always treated us with kindness. I especially want to thank Ms. Tran Thanh Loi at the reception — she was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. She assisted us in every matter with a smile and made us feel comfortable like at home. The hotel is well located, very close to the beach, and the view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Housekeeping services were always punctual and thorough. We also used the laundry and ironing service, which were convenient and well organized. I am sincerely grateful for the hospitality we received here. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future!

The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive. Ho Nhat restaurant advises on clear and dedicated service. Will come back in the summer to experience, luxury and relaxation. Clean room, beautiful view, expensive location, very delicious food, reasonable price

Extremely disappointing experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and despite notifying the front desk, I was not offered a room change. Instead, I was told that an engineer would be sent to fix the issue. I waited for over 40 minutes, only to be told later that the engineer had already come and addressed the problem. And this also was clearly untrue, as no one ever showed up before we asked again. Also the issue remained unresolved untill the end. The lack of transparency and urgency from the staff was unacceptable. I expect basic comfort and honest communication when staying at a hotel, neither of which were provided. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and professional stay.
