Nha Trang Palace Hotel

We spent our days here during Tet holiday. The place was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes plus the value for your money is so worth it. Our room had a bath tub inside and they refill your necessity daily. They cleaned our room daily too. The hallway was so nice. They have spa massage under ground and it was a nice experience for us too. The hotel was very near to the ocean. Many places around to eat and walk around. The view was just the other buildings so we don’t bother to open our windows. Definitely a high recommendable place to stay when you are in nha Trang. They accommodated us during our late check in.

If I could give it more stars- I would! The room is spacious and incredibly clean. The bed is very soft and comfortable, and even has extra pillows. It is perfectly located near restaurants, 10-15 minute walk to the nightmarket, and best of all, half a block from the beach. You can even hear the ocean from the windows. The view of the water is fantastic. Free tastey breakfast included as well. I don't understand why there are any bad reviews, especially about the staff, who are wonderful!!! The front desk reception, Vy, was fantastic. She was so helpful and kind- she made our stay amazing! Cannot recommended enough. Thank you to Nha Trang Palace- this is the best hotel we have stayed in of all SE Asia!!!

Hotel location is good, close to main squares, beach and market. Rooms are very old, there is a specific smell inside and they are not very clean. Breakfast is ok, but there were several days during our stat when breakfast time was not over yet,but most of food trays were already empty. Beach towels provided are clean, but there is no available beach beds and umbrellas from the hotel side. Pools are located on 7th floor and are very small. There is also very limited number of beds around. Gym is located on the 15th floor and is very very poor equipped.
