If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. Everyone was super friendly whilst still be professional. The most attentive service I've experienced from any hotel. Lobby/bar area is quirky and fresh. All aspects of the hotel are fresh and modern never stayed in a hotel quite like it before. Special thanks to Pamela who's service went above and beyond, felt more like a friend by the time we left, and Mae from reception who made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was made memorable for her attentiveness. Thank you both you are definitely assets to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing time here. Treated as part of the family. Rooms were furnished and decorated fabulously funky, in keeping with the hotel vibe. Special mention here for a fantastic waitress Pamela who remembered what our breakfast and tea requirements were very pleasant a real pleasure with this Lady.

This hotel is so fun, and feels so welcoming! The food is excellent, the vibe is funky and homey all at once, and the bar is killing it. Jelani at the bar makes THE BEST cocktails I’ve ever had, and he will make you feel like you’re hanging with your bestie. This was the first leg of a bucket list trip, and Jelani, Pedro, and Mohammed kept our bellies full, our beverages flowing, and the welcome feeling all around continue the whole trip. Unforgettable experience!
