Amazing bar service at nhow Milan! I had such a great experience at the bar. The whole team made every moment feel special. A huge shoutout to Michelle, Marcello, and Tommaso for their kindness, energy, and professionalism. They were not only attentive and friendly but also really fun to talk to. Whether it was for a cocktail, a coffee, or just a quick chat, they were always smiling and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend stopping by the bar, it’s one of the highlights of the hotel. Stayed here some years ago and returned. Location is quiet and safe, ideally for Armani Silos and Navigli. For everything else: walk or take an uber. Price is affordable, staff is super nice (compensating with upgrading room and breakfast.) room needs some renovations. It was in a better condition 8 years ago. Hotel itself cool vibes, rooftop pool saved us on hot days. Would have preferred a bar service during the day or open pool in evening hours though. Cocktails are okay but nothing special. Bar staff mostly okay, hotel staff super friendly.

Such a disappointment! We’ve booked this hotel because of the swimming pool but it turned out to close at 18.00 every day. After that the pool area becomes a bar, in which you are asked to dress properly, even if it’s 18.10 and you’re just out of the water. There are wasps everywhere and a simple cocktail costs € 20,- But then the rest of the hotel. Unfriendly and not welcoming staff members upon arrival. The rooms we stayed in are ready for renovation in my opinion. It’s almost impossible to get the right temperature in the shower, the walls around the toilet are very dirty, paintwork is chipped, and so on. Very bad location for a Milano visit, metro/tram are not around the corner and it’s too far to walk (45 minutes).
