Nibras Villa Resort

My family and I booked through Booking.com on the first day of Eid. Upon arriving at the very remote resort, they asked me to cancel my reservation through Booking.com in exchange for a $130 discount because they didn't want to pay Booking's commission. When I refused, they canceled my reservation and demanded that I pay the reservation value in cash. They forcibly prevented me from leaving the resort. I called the police for protection and explained the situation to them. Because of my children's health condition, I was forced to book another villa for one day because they rented the villa I booked to other people. I was in a dire situation because of my children's health condition. They lied to the police and told them that I was running away?! Who am I running away from and why? My family and I traveled from Istanbul for 3 hours by car with our bags, travel supplies and meat to enjoy our vacation! Why would I run away? I didn't receive the villa and didn't check in. Everything was bad. With a new reservation in the same place, I was forced to stay due to my children's health condition, travel fatigue, and in order not to ruin our vacation and the lack of options. It was a small villa. The exterior of the villa and its entrance were nice and beautiful... But I didn't receive the keys to the villa! They told me to lock myself inside! Inside, the pool is dirty, the barbecue equipment is dirty, the kitchen is very small, there are no garbage baskets, there are only 2 air conditioners, one has a remote control and the other doesn't work, the extra bed has no sheets or cover, there is no internet, the breakfast is bad, there is no washing machine or dishwasher, the stairs to the upper room are very poorly designed, small and dangerous, the garden is full of insects, the place is full of dogs and a dog attacked my wife and child. When I asked for an extension, I didn't receive a response until 9 hours later (half an hour before checkout) and they told me I couldn't extend!! There's no service when complaining about a lack of equipment or a cleaning request. No one responds! The biggest problem is the staff at this place. They're two completely unprofessional people. You feel like you're dealing with a mafia, not a receptionist at a tourist attraction. It was a bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The place isn’t that good. The internet was so so so bad !!!!! The AC was so hot. Also, the kitchen was dirty. We saw few unwashed plates. I personally saw a lipstick on my tea cup. When I asked them to clean it , they said that I’m the one who made the dirt. In addition, I ordered an extra blanket and got a towel instead!!! For more, the breakfast came very late. I don’t recommend any one to stay there

It was a 4 villas on the side of the lake, the lake was dirty with many water plants so can not even walk in, Each villa has duplex with three rooms , refrigerator, dish washer and washer, The living room was clean but we found many insects Now each villa has its own swimming pool which is about 10*3*1.5 m , the privacy is minimal, in the first day the water were clean but in the second day not that much clean We experienced an issue : in the booking we have to do checkin at 1500(3 pm) but we received a call to make it at 1600 but the villa didn’t be ready till 1800 , and the next day they came to us to leave the villa T 1400 Breakfast was fair
