went to the rooftop bar (8F) to enjoy a drink using my frequency member benefit. When I asked a female staff how to order, she told me to take a seat and someone would serve us. We waited over 30 minutes, but no one came to take our order. Meanwhile, other customers—who arrived after us—were greeted and served promptly. The only difference? We were the only Asian guests in the bar. We felt completely ignored, like we were invisible. No welcome, no explanation, no basic courtesy. Eventually, we left without even being acknowledged once. This was not just poor service—it felt discriminatory. Unacceptable behavior in a place . Be aware before you go. Update The hotel management team handled the issue fairly and sincerely, which I appreciated.

Nice hotel overall Positives: - Excellent location. Directly in the centre of Nice so accessing the sea front, old nice, shops and high streets was really easy - Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. - A good rooftop bar with nice views or Nice - Rooftop swimming pool - Despite being in the centre of Nice, there was no noise from outside the hotel, or inside from other guests. Negatives: - Rooms are quite small and showering was always at times due to the sloping of the bath - Drinks at the rooftop bar were expensive, which is to be expected - The pool area is quite small, but very nice to relax on when seated. Overall, a good hotel that did what we needed it to.

Junior suite had fantastic view and balcony was massive. Would like to have had 2 Sun loungers on balcony and not a deck chair, both of which on our balcony had seen better days and did not reflect the status or price of a junior suite. Room was large. Breakfast delivered to room a great bonus. All staff lovely and helpful.
