Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

I was recently there with my children and I have to say that we had a fantastic time. I was a little annoyed that we had to make reservations to the particular restaurants, but I understood the concept so it worked out great. The food was amazing better than expected, especially coming from an all inclusive. I will say, however, I did notice some favoritism with some of the staff towards particular tourist, especially those who were of a lighter tone. Overall was a great experience. My children had a lot of fun and I recommend for children under the age of 11. My kids are 13 and 10 so they were more interested in eating and laying out in the sun and enjoying the infinity pool, which was amazing.

Laila and Jose were absolutely amazing with the kids during the pool games! They brought so much energy and excitement to every activity, keeping all the children engaged and having fun the entire time. Both were extremely kind, patient, and respectful not just to the kids, but to the parents as well. It was clear how much they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was included and having a great time. Their positive attitudes made the pool area feel welcoming, and my kids looked forward to seeing them every day. They truly went above and beyond to create memorable experiences for families. Our dining experience with Guillermo and Jose was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, they were warm, attentive, and professional. They anticipated our needs without us even having to ask and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced our meal. Their service was seamless yet personable—they took the time to check in on us, making sure everything was perfect, while also creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The combination of their professionalism and friendly personalities made our meals at the resort feel extra special. We left every dining experience feeling cared for and well taken care of.

Amazing Service and Attention to Detail from Josue! Our experience at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to Josue. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. He took the time to sit with us and carefully break down all the attractions, events, and character experiences. His attention to detail was absolutely impeccable — he even gave us specific times and locations for where we could meet our favorite characters based on where we would be throughout the day. What made the experience even more comfortable was Josue’s fluent English, which helped us communicate easily and clearly. His kindness, hospitality, and professionalism stood out, and we felt so welcomed and well taken care of.
