Absolutely overrated and not worth the price. Spending more than 3000 euro for such hotel is really disappointing. Paying about the same amount of money, we've been to other hotel which was way better and efficient compared to this . Here are just some of the examples of their services and structure flaws. The play area for small children was really poor, consists of a few plastic slides, see saw, etc. Definitely doesn't meet the standard of a 4 stars family hotel. The animation team was friendly and engaging. The staff did the best they could with limited play area and structure. To use the beach towels they required 100 euros deposit which is absurd. I understand the need of deposit perhaps 30 euro but not 100 euro on credit card and to received it back after 7 days. Plus a charge 3 euro for every change of towel. This is an unacceptable service by a 4 stars hotel. Swimming cap is required to use the swimming pool and it wasn't mentioned during the booking. Thus we had to purchased it from the hotel, if they would have mentioned it earlier we would have brought ours and avoid buying the poor quality swimming caps they're selling. Food was just ok not consistent in quality, some days the food was delicious other days too salty or bland plus they tend to recycled the leftover food. It's stated alcoholic and non alcoholic aperitives are included everyday from 1900 to 1930 however on a Friday they offered only non alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages were on payment as they claimed it's a Aperol night and they're offering spritz with a discounted price. Overall, there was a lack of communication. For example when we first arrived at the hotel and asked the lady at the parking entrance if we could leave our luggages as we're still early for check in. We were told there isn't any space and we should leave our luggages in the car which was not the case. At the reception , we were told we may leave our luggages without any issue as they have a spacious room downstairs. This will definitely be our first and last experience with this hotel. We truly thank most of the staff as they did their best and was helpful especially the animation team and the barista Angelo, even with very limited resources.
