4 stars for this hotel is a big joke. If you aren’t early enough for the breakfast you never know what is left for you. Lunch and dinner buffet was usually ready 15 minutes late. Heating didn’t work in some rooms. Cleaners didn’t use face masks even though the hotel requires quests to use them. Sofas and beds had seen their best days long ago. Wi-fi in rooms was unusable. Second star only because pasta was good.

Don’t get your hopes too high for this place. If it was just a two star hotel I would be happy but now I feel bit disappointed. One thing that must be changed is the breakfast. If it’s open until 8:30 and you go there, lets say 8:00, you’re left up with empty tables and maybe some bread crumbs. If you ask something you’ll get ”tomorrow” for an aswer. That is simply unacceptable.

Don't visit - the hotel is big disappoint​ ! The hotel has 4 stars actually 2 stars is more for this hotel! The air-condition is not work in more rooms it's is central ! In room you have only 6 tv programs !!! Wi-fi is totally missed around the hotel !!! The hotel is more than 50 minutes from the beach - by walk, where the hotel has place !. If you want to use free transport from hotel you must know it's missing between 12.30 - 16,45 - siesta ! If you want - stay 4 hours on the beach in 43 degree. The breakfast is very very poor ! The dinner is so so. The pool is too small In this village - Castellaneta nothing interesting - deep province! Nothing to do - boredom! Finally the hotel is full with child camp - don't think about some rest - mission Impossible! If you want to spend good vocation - don't visit !
