Nid dans la forêt

We spent a long weekend at the cottage. My friends and I were delighted by the cottage, with its view of the pond, the magpies, and their chicks. The bedrooms were very nice, as were the bathrooms. We had some very interesting conversations with our lovely hosts. The village of St. Jean aux Bois is very pretty, and the church is magnificent. A truly relaxing experience. We also visited the garden and a little of the interior of their house, which is a B&B, and I'm more than tempted to return to try it.

We rented this spacious house to spend time with family in a relaxing setting, ideal for enjoying the surrounding nature. Gîte in all respects as advertised, living room with very nice wood stove, bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms (top notch!!!), very friendly bar & kitchen. We are delighted with our weekend and would like to thank Juana and Eric for their kindness and availability. We highly recommend.

Nous avons passé le réveillon du Nouvel An dans cette maison. J'ai eu un sentiment de déception car c'était cher pour ce qui est offert, les équipements de la cuisine sont très pauvres. La plaque de cuisson est mal placée, elle était trop étroite pour cuisiner pour 12 personnes et il n'y a que 2 casseroles, le lave-vaisselle est petit, la vaisselle ne rentre pas et laisse la vaisselle mal lavée, nous avons dû installer une plaque à induction qui rend l'espace dans la cuisine très inconfortable. Le jour du nouvel an, nous voulions allumer la télévision pour le compte à rebours et la télévision n'était pas connectée. 😣 Le niveau de l'entretien ménager est médiocre. Vraiment dommage, car il y a tellement de choses à visiter et à voir dans la région. Je reviendrai, mais pas dans cet endroit
