The staff are friendly and polite but our experience with hygiene was terrible house keeping only changed bedding when asked. We stayed in a suite me my daughters and my auntie, unfortunately our experience with bed bugs was terrible we all ended up with a rash. They don’t tell you that there will be a charge for the snacks kept in the room which we got charged for in a ridiculous price . The breakfast selection was very nice and the spa facilities were good I hope that the cleanness could be sorted out overall ok

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and needs renovation. • The duvet cover is smaller than the duvet itself, and both are smaller than the mattress, which is uncomfortable. • The fridge is broken and doesn’t cool properly. • The furniture (door, closet, bathroom fixtures) is damaged and has not been replaced. • There are calcium deposits in the bathroom heater, causing bad smells and attracting insects. • There is no soundproofing, so noise easily comes through the walls. • The daily housekeeping service only empties the trash bins but does not make the bed or clean the floors. I’ve attached photos to show the issues. I hope the hotel management pays more attention to maintenance and guest comfort in the future.

I stayed at this hotel from April 16 to April 20, and unfortunately, my experience ended in the worst possible way. I had valuable jewelry (worth around $8,000) with me — a gift for my daughter’s wedding. I kept it in the safe during our stay, but on the night before checkout, I put it in my purse. On the morning of April 20, I left my belongings in the room to go down for breakfast. Before leaving, I specifically told the cleaning staff not to enter the room until I checked out. Despite this, housekeeping entered the room while I was gone, and when I returned, my purse and jewelry were missing. I’ve contacted hotel management and asked for an investigation, but as of now, they have not resolved the issue or taken meaningful steps to help recover my belongings. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing — especially given that these items held great sentimental value. Until this matter is taken seriously and addressed properly, I strongly caution others to think twice before staying here, especially if you’re traveling with anything valuable
