Nightelier Mission Beach

We came we saw we shuddered. From the moment we stepped in the room pour feet stuck to the uncleaned floor . A long black hair strand greeted us on the desk , the only chair to relax in is old battered ( there is another chair in the room that is solid plastic ) The bed is lumpy and sagging, the bathroom/kitchen sink is old the taps c don’t turn easily and one leaks across the bench. The vent is so dirty it is blocked up. The humidity in the whole room is so high that it wets your clothes overnight. The windows to admire the view are dirty. I could list more but I have made the point that the maintenance of the hotel is way below standard a nd I am very disappointed. David

Managers extremely rude and aggressive. We’ve stayed at many places around Australia, the appartment is great but the managers expect the entire places to be left cleaner than how it was left. If you think your paying for a “serviced appartment” as advertised think again, they want every single dish washed and put away, fridges cleaned out, towels and all cleaned, otherwise prepare for a very aggressive response from management. Never experienced something like this before. As a fellow Australian this is the worst kind of experience and not something you would expect during your travels, plenty of other places to chose from in the area. Also asked to speak to owners directly but managers refused to give contact details.

Unfortunately we stayed in a motel room which was very small and claustrophobic. In the bathroom there was no where to put your bathroom wetpacks etc except for 2 small shelves. The most disgusting thing was that the toilet brush holder had 2" of filthy water in it. The bed was comfortable.
