Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel

This hotel was my favorite state during my trip in Tulum! We made our reservations through the website. The location is incredible and the beach is across the street! Tony gave us great service and was able to answer any of our questions he gave us his number and we were able to communicate with him freely about inquiries that we had about Tulum and what to do. Next time I come through. I will definitely be staying here!

We had a nice stay at the Glamtainer Pal Mar. Got a good deal through Agoda. Definitely good value for money. The AC worked great, the glamtainer was big and comfortable, toilet was quite big and nice too. Most of all Alex, who was our contact person, was very approachable and helpful and really made the stay very comfortable. Constructive criticism would be: WiFi gave us a lot of trouble throughout. Something needs to be done about it. Maybe its the router or something, but there was a lot of trouble connecting to it. And the smell in the room, closer to the bed was weird - which we had read in other reviews too. Maybe some incense can be provided. Otherwise worth the money.

Hi, I just had a problem with the owner of the hotel, because even though the checking time was at 3 PM, and we got there at around 4:30 PM, the room wasn’t ready, the sheets and the towels were used, and they didn’t have any alternative room to accommodate us. after giving them a second chance and we waited for another half hour, the room that they accommodated us in still didn’t have lightbulbs in some of the lamps. I texted the owner to cancel my reservation and he was very rude, never apologized once, and was not willing to give us any kind of refund, even though his team didn’t provide basic check-in conditions. On top of that, the rooms were not at all as the photos showed, there was almost no natural light, and the common spaces were very few, the Wi-Fi was almost not working.
