Great location, clean rooms, friendly and responsive staff and a beautiful terrace available anytime. We had a minor issue with the hot water, which I believe was a one-time problem, but the staff kept us informed and offered a discount at the end of our stay. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Perfect. Location is perfect! Close to everything but located in a small, quiet street. literally 10 meters away there's a bakery with the best sfogliatele I've ever eaten. There's also a nice caffe. Combine this with their beautiful, quiet rooftop, and you got yourself a perfect start for the day. The rooms are also amazing - large, high ceilings, huge bed, and quiet. One weird thing is the shower - it doesn't close, so water will drip to the floor. In terms of service - we were treated very nicely with information and hospitality the moment we arrived, and the same when we left. Seems like they are very experienced and careful about making you feel welcomed and helped. 5/5 and for sure I'll send my friends over to this place.
The hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are supper friendly. Will definitely be returning here when we come to Rome next.
