We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nikki Beach Hotel! The staff all around the hotel — from the pool team to the breakfast crew and everyone in between — were so friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and the pool was perfect, with great music and a fantastic DJ creating the perfect atmosphere. Thank you for giving us truly unforgettable days!
A Luxurious and Peaceful Getaway Perfect for Couples We recently stayed at Nikki Beach Resort in Porto Heli, and the experience was truly luxurious. The service is top notch professional, attentive, and always with a smile. The food is excellent, both in quality and presentation, with a variety of delicious options that made every meal memorable. The gym is well equipped and more than sufficient for a holiday workout. However, it’s important to note that the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet and, at times, a bit too calm. Aside from the beautiful pool area, there isn’t much else to do on site. The beach is nice to look at but not particularly inviting for swimming or spending the day. This resort is ideal for couples looking for a peaceful, romantic escape in a high-end setting. It’s not the best choice for families with kids or travelers looking for entertainment and a lively environment. That said, if you’re after tranquility and elegance, Nikki Beach Porto Heli delivers exactly that.
Beautiful location in Porto Heli, and our beachfront pool suite was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a highlight – amazing view and vibe. Some downsides: The room lacked surfaces to place personal items, and on the terrace there was only one small umbrella – not enough shade during the hot day. A larger umbrella or proper sun protection (like a retractable awning) would make a big difference. The bed frame was covered in white faux leather and completely scratched – really not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. We also had to ask for a table and chairs on the terrace, which should’ve been there from the start. At the restaurant, food was decent, wine was great. However, we were charged €4 for a bowl of water for our two small dogs – that felt unnecessary. Overall, a stylish hotel in a fantastic location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort, maintenance, and guest.
