Nikko Style Niseko Hanazono

I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this hotel, it just seemed like a good deal being so close to Park Hyatt and some activities in the area that I thought why not. After this stay, I can tell you that this is a great and fine establishment. Nothing short of 10/10. The hotel is still relatively new so the rooms are in great condition. I slept so well here as the beds are extremely big and spacious and the linens are of great quality. Service here is also amazing and we were not expecting it to be this great. It’s a great deal over summer for sure. Normal entry level rooms are also spacious enough for 2. Highly recommended.

This hotel is undoubtedly the best of this trip. Its stunning design, cleanliness, and newness are truly impressive. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay a breeze. One of the standout features of this hotel is its public shower, which is a refreshing and convenient amenity. The skiing location is also fantastic, just a short cross-road away. The check-in and check-out processes were both quick and hassle-free. The staff provided all the necessary hotel information, ensuring a smooth transition. During my stay, I had several questions, and the reception staff was always more than willing to assist me. The complimentary hotel transportation to Kutchan JR station was a huge convenience. The restaurant staff was equally friendly and attentive, especially “Mona.” Their genuine concern for my well-being, especially given the recent earthquake situation in my country, was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel and would go above and beyond to say that it is more than worth the cost. Thank you all for making my holiday a truly memorable and valuable experience. Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We arrived very late at night with our toddler fast asleep, and instead of making us check in at the counter, the staff (harry) immediately brought us up to our room—such a thoughtful and high-touch gesture that made a world of difference after a long journey. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to impress us with their friendliness and helpfulness. They gave us fantastic recommendations for local dining spots, allowing us to experience Hokkaido’s amazing food scene. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service made it so easy to explore without any hassle. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people—their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip so much more enjoyable. We’re incredibly grateful for all the support they provided and can’t recommend this place enough!
