5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay at Nikos Hotel! We had a fantastic stay at Nikos Hotel in Karterados! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was outstanding — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to Fira and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and transport. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile, even during the busiest times. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple yet satisfying and always served promptly. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!
The best staff! We also got a free upgrade in one of their fully renovated rooms! Everyone was accommodating and the breakfast was yummy! Will definitely come back!
The receptionist, Vickie, was very kind, helpful and welcoming. She also helped facilitate transportation when our incoming flight was delayed. I'm sure if we were able to get a different room, our stay would have been more enjoyable
