I spent two weeks at Nil hotel, and my experience was wonderful in every way. Here are some points I would like to share: 1.Reception and Service** Upon my arrival, the reception team greeted me with warm smiles. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries. 2. **Room** The room was spacious and clean, and free Wi-Fi. The beds were extremely comfortable, helping me get a good night's sleep. 3. Location The hotel's location was ideal, situated near major tourist attractions and public transportation. I’m staying that hotel for a four days in the week during last 4 months. I feel like I am at my home. the location is perfect it is really close the centeral places and public transportation stations. Also the hotel team is perfect all staff is welcoming and willing to help you. Espcially Mehmet is a warmbloded.
This hotel is so unprofessional. I already had a bad experience in Istanbul but staying in this hotel made it even worse. I didn't feel comfortable with the room and the key didn't work. I had to come down to receptionist to ask them open my room everytime I wanted to enter my room. I have checked out early and moved to another hotel without the receptionist said anything. The next day I came back to take my stuff which was left. The old guy there with a rude tone suddelny told me I HAVEN'T PAID. Mind you, I did checking out the day before and it was prepaid. He said their booking system was error. Why not saying anything when I was staying there, met me at the lobby or when I checked out or just email me???? I felt angry, disappointed and too tired to argue. Not even a single apology came from his mouth
