The most beautiful hotel I have enjoyed because of the river Nile, the food, especially breakfast and the people in the breakfast room so helpful and teaching us Arabic language as well. Thanks also to the cleaners and receptionist Heba if I remember right. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity of keeping us warm when we were feeling cold. We wish to come back
I haven't stayed in this hotel, and just visited friends. Naturally, staying in an anchored boat hotel is unique and gives one tranquility, however half the rooms will not enjoy the Nile river view as they'd be facing the river-bank side, which is not even half-pleasant. Service seemed to be good, yet visitors (unlike guests) are not permitted to go to the hotel rooms.
TOO MUCH GOING ON - there are literally 4 wedding venues on the harbor side of the hotel. There is no peace or quiet at night. You can also hear the footsteps from the floor above you. Secondly, the check in process takes too long. The restaurant staff were not the friendliest. The room a/c doesnt work well
