My visit was not nice! Right from the concierge, to the receptionist and to the waiters! The hotel is nice the service is quite poor…and they seem very comfortable with this poor level! The only reason anyone should be here is because it is a beautiful place…don’t be so expectant on the food or service…just the stay!
Poor experience Infact I blacklisted them. Orders come in when you've even given up waiting. I don't think I can go back, hotel is fine but with poor service delivery
Had a terrible 4 day stay with AC literally grinding in my ears.
