What a gentle hotel 👍👍👍 remind me of the luxury five stars hotel … staff was top friendly and professional and the cleanness is 100% … breakfast is rich of many contents and fresh and restaurant staff is very friendly… parking is free and enough for 200 car and this area is full of hotels so its really safe and quiet… prices is affordable.. don’t lose more time for searching trust me this hotel is perfect.

This hotel is a peaceful spot if you’re looking to stay away from the busy city. It’s surrounded by a wide, open landscape and we loved the roses blooming right outside the entrance. Our room was decent, with a view from the back of the hotel—not much but still okay. We were kinda hoping for complimentary tea or coffee in the room, but sadly none was provided. Good thing there’s a grocery store nearby, about a 10–15 minute walk, open until 8:30pm. We were able to grab some snacks, drinks, and even take-away ice cream. We’ve had amazing breakfasts since arriving in Italy, but the one served here was honestly a letdown. The selection was limited, and I couldn’t help but compare it to the other hotels we stayed in over the last 8 days. They had the basics—ham, cheese, cereal, milk, bread, croissants—but the taste just didn’t hit the mark. The croissants especially seemed like they weren’t baked fresh—definitely not the soft, buttery, flaky kind you look forward to. One thing that didn’t sit well with us was how guests from the tour buses seemed separated from the regular hotel guests. From where I passed (on the way to the ladies’ room), I could see the food offered to them was slightly better. I hate to say it, but it felt like we were being treated differently—just my observation, hoping I’m wrong.

First impressions are the best impressions. If it is ruined nothing can be done to make it up. I travelled around the world a lot, but it was always nice to come back to Europe as I am originally from there. My experiences were quite good with the hotels, unfortunately not with Nil hotel at Florence. I used to have a warm welcome or at least a Good morning, afternoon or evening, unfortunately this has been totally missed, I felt like I was not wanted here already. I used to get big smiles from staff members from other hotels, unfortunately here everyone seems to be rude. I have been told to tip the luggage boy ( which I know from my previous travels), unfortunately there was no luggage boy to see around, which is unacceptable as I arrived with a group and lots of people were carrying their luggage on their own. Good news, I see them on the second floor, and I also see them struggling only with 4 pieces of luggage. I am not going to trust them with mine as they seemed (2 of them) is not able to resolve the issue It is the very first time for me that there are no complementaries in the room such as tea, coffee and water. I have seen people carrying their cups and foods to get them preheated or get some boiled water. In the room there are only plastic cups, which is a BIG shame, as humanity is facing a plastic rubbish issue, so the hotel is not taking examples to reduce these kinds of waste. Here is the list about how much the water is from the minibar, unfortunately the fridge is empty, so water needs to be requested via room service which is €5 currently. There are also barely anything provided in the bathroom, it was hard to spot the small vial of shampoo. By the looks of the staff they prefer people who are rich and they are served nicely and almost immediately. I arrived in the evening, so after a quick shower I visited the bar for a drink as I was exhausted of the day and I wanted to enjoy the hotel amenities. I sat down at the counter, I (the customer) said Good evening first. We have customers too at my workplace, we never treat them like this. I read the menu, and was ready to order. The lady at the bar was making coffee and it took her 3 minutes to ask me the following: "You want something?" For this I could reply back like, no I just came to watch the bottles, but nicely I ordered a cocktail. She told me 1 second and she disappeared with the coffee, which is fair enough if someone has ordered it. I sat there on my own for 15 minutes, some Italian guests were trying to help me or work instead of them, I cannot decide, but I left. There is a big supermarket nearby so I bought a full bottle which was almost the same price at the hotel, but here only a glass cost that much. In the supermarket all of the staff smiled and some even said Hi or Hello. What a big difference it was!!! I used to spend so much money at hotel bars and I used to tip very good as in other hotels the staff communicates with guests. I also bought food, as I am no longer interested in what they are able to do or rather say NOT to do. The hotel is very far from the centre, local transport is advised to use. Taxis can cost a fortune as the town is full of 1 way roads, it seems like you need to go around the full town to reach your destination. Thank you for the cleaners for the nice tidy room, unfortunately I cannot say and thank anything to hotel management, to bartenders and the receptionist. This is my first time in Italy, but I do feel like this hotel has sort of ruined my stay with their rudeness so I am 100% I am never ever ever coming back to Florence because of them. I spent 3 nights in Rome in a 3 star and that hotel was the totally opposite of this, I think they should have 4 star. The view is awful, check my pictures and video about it. It is noise as constaction is going on around the hotel. I heard every single word what people were saying in the next room, so if you want intimacy better if you book a different place. Food delivery by Glovo to hotel guests 🤣 I only gave 1 star as I couldn't do -1
