We had a great stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with two comfortable queen beds. It was the ideal base for our two-day Disney trip—just a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the park, which made it super convenient with a child. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with lots of variety and great quality. The pool itself was lovely and clean, though the lifeguards were quite strict and the space felt a bit sterile—no greenery or plants to warm it up. That said, the location more than made up for it. The hotel is connected to a large mall filled with excellent restaurants, and there’s a great children’s park and playground just a short walk away. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to Disneyland and great local food.

The rooms are very spacious! I loved how soft the beds were. My only complaint is the bathroom If you're above 170cm, good luck using the toilet. They are quite cramped for tall people. My knees were almost hitting the wall every time I sat down The shower also kept leaking despite my shower door already being closed The rest of the bath tub was fine though. And the buffet was great! Loved the gym facilities. Pool was a little lacking but overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Nina Hotel

Was put into this hotel by Cathay Pacific due to missing my connecting flight home. Concierge staff and check in staff were nice and provided good service. However the room is not 5 stars. Trying to find my room was a maze and my room ended up being not in the direction that it was pointing to. So, I ended up walking through construction on the floor with plastic sheets on the floor and some rooms that had boards put up. I had to walk all the way to the other side to find my room. And no aircon in the corridors. I was assigned to what seemed an accessible room as the shower in the bathroom had bench seating and just a shower curtain. Mind you upon closer inspection, there were specs of mould on the shower curtain and was very inconvenient with the bench seating and shower curtain being placed 30cm away. The curtain was clinging on to me whilst I tried to shower and not touch the curtain. No door meant water just went everywhere when I used the shower. The toilet seat looked very used and scuffed. The basin tap was no better as it was very flimsy and moved each time I used it. Hairdryer was annoying to use as you have to hold the button to make it turn on. Room was very dark even with all the lights turned on and there were no robes in the closet. No USB C ports and the charging points were all over the place. If not being assigned to this hotel by Cathay, I would reconsider if I had to pay for this hotel.
