Rooms needing updating but adequate for the limited use. The bed was very comfortable. We came for the resort . Gardens lovely - pool and bar area clean and tidy. Adequate sun loungers. Short walk to beach and bars Hotel WiFi good- all info is provided in leaflet given on arrival by charming and very helpful reception staff , incredible that they are multilingual so good communication with other nationalities than English. All staff generally friendly and helpful Breakfast fabulous - huge spread of sweet and savoury with small changes daily - good variety so different choices made each day of our stay. Bar lunches delicious - fresh and healthy salads and club sandwiches. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful resort at a beautiful location, everything important within a small walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities and everything works great. Our favourite activity was floating in the pool!

Not worthy at all of being a 5 star hotel. Incompetent management, they barely speak English which is insane given that all guests are foreigners. All they care about is making you pay the tourist tax. They won't give you any information about transport, transfers, what's in the area, not even the WiFi password. When you check out don't expect them to ask you how was your stay, they will just ask for your room number and say if you have anything to pay or not. They could not care less. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best, always the same food every day. On my first day there were no plates and no spoons for coffee. Staff speaks horrible English as well and due to the language barrier we got charged close to 100 euros for a dinner that was probably worth 30 euros at best. Rooms were not properly cleaned, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor after the cleaning lady went there. The rooms are also definitely not 5 star worthy, old furniture that is chipping, small bathroom with rusty showers and a toilet that always smelled horrible in the morning. The water is also desalinated so it's not drinkable and I really don't recommend washing your teeth with it. The exterior of the hotel looks nice, it's very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Overall just an unpleasant experience mostly due to staff and management, it almost felt like it was everyone's first day on the job. Would not recommend and I certainly won't come back ever again.
