Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun

I stayed at Nine Tree Hotel Dongdaemun and was warmly welcomed by Nancy at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile and quickly provided me with my room keys, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Nancy also took the time to ask if it was my first time visiting Korea—which it was—and she kindly shared helpful information about the area. She recommended where to find the traditional market, pointed out some of the best local restaurants, and gave me details about available tours. Her friendly attitude and thoughtful service truly made me feel at home. Thanks to Nancy, my stay started off on such a positive note. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends!

Excellent business hotel. Room is a little bit small but enough to fit 2 large suitcases with a space to walk. Staff is excellent. Polite room service and I have to mention Nancy at the front desk. She is very patient and very helpful. I had some problems translating a website and she took the time to assist me. Excellent service and we will come back again. + Very friendly and helpful staff + Clean sheets and bathroom + Free locker to keep luggage + Airport bus station is just outside the hotel + Coin laundry and dryer Note: hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush and razor. Free filtered water on each floor and they can produce hot water too. 👍👍👍

I had a nice stay, I enjoyed that the hotel had a laundrymat available, the location was very well situated as well since the mall and the subway station were near. However I do wish the rooms were bigger for the cost and that there were more outlets available. I would still recommend this place
