The best of all for all my previous stays in Seoul. Special thanks to the front desk Julie, she is caring and loving for my family all through the stay. I experienced difficulty with the faulty washing machine at the hotter, she not only attended me immediately but also offered heart warming help on drying our clothes by herself and sent directly to my room. What a great experience with her and I feel my days in Seoul is brightened by her. A big thank you! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our Australian friends without any reservation.

This is a nice hotel with self lockers to keep your luggage at the lobby. Rooms are clean and very thoughtfully laid out. Our room had fire extinguisher, flashlight as well as anchor points and rope in case of emergency, which really speaks volumes on the level of planning for each of their guests. Food easily available at the shops beside so everything is very convenient.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also located right next to the well-known main street in Insadong, which is a great area to explore. I don’t really have any major complaints, but the subway access and location can be a bit inconvenient if you're planning to use the hotel as a base for exploring all of Seoul. Overall though, it was a good experience.
