Loved my stay here! The front desk staff were super friendly and always smiling. They helped me book restaurants, activities, and a spa—everything was smooth and easy. In particular thanks to Ms. SIENNA, who can speak Chinese. She was so patient, professional, and made everything even better. Highly recommend this place—I'll definitely be back!

I was here last month, my 2nd time stay here... And will be my favorite hotel in Seoul. Very comfortable room and the staff very helpful, they help me to order the local taxi, early check in, especially Scarlett. She was very kind and she still helping me to keep my item left at this hotel..

Excellent location, close enough to many shopping and dining options (few minutes walk) whilst not being in the thick of it. Nice room with view of the Tower, floor to ceiling windows making it bright. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - a decent selection of options but no variety each day; a maned egg station that only cooks fried eggs (sign saying for “convenience/efficiency”); judicious application of no food removal (even a yoghurt pot I wanted to take to my room as I needed to do a business call). Overall, it won’t disappoint.
