Loved my stay at Nine Tree. Room service was quick, staff was cooperative, and food quality was good. As compared to other hotels, so far, staff at nine tree breakfast buffets were humble and gave us good service. The ambience of suite to normal room, from the interior designing to managing everything, was admirable. Well equipped gym and swimming pool, separate shower area, floating tubes to pool instructor, everything was 10/10. I liked the hospitality. Easy excess to nearby ATM, local shops, and restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was that they did not provide with iron and iron stand in room, though they gave service for laundry and ironing which is charged. Me being specific for clothes, I prefer ironing my clothes myself.

Tried the coffee inside The Lounge 9 today and it honestly hit the spot. Abdullah the guy behind the counter was super polite and knew what he was doing. The butterscotch coffee was the highlight for me smooth, flavorful, not too sweet, just right. Definitely recommend trying their flavored coffees if you’re passing by. Worth it.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I stayed at this hotel from 26th July to 31st July 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor—especially during breakfast service. As per the hotel’s own notice, breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. However, at exactly 10:30 AM, the restaurant staff turn off all the lights—regardless of whether guests, families and kids are still seated and eating. During my stay I am doing my breakfast when the lights were shut off, leaving us in complete darkness. It was so dark, we couldn’t even see what was on our plates. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. When I raised this issue with both the restaurant supervisor and the front desk manager, I was told that this is their policy, as some guests tend to arrive late. Even if that’s the case, I believe guests who are already seated and eating should not be treated so abruptly. There should be at least some basic courtesy and flexibility. Turning off the lights while people are still dining shows a lack of respect for guests. Additionally, if you plan to extend your stay, be aware that the hotel demands advance payment. I received a call from the reception at 11:15 PM, asking me to make the payment , which I found extremely intrusive and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
