Ningbo Nanyuan Universe Deluxe Hotel

Excellent Service, staff are friendly and very helpful. we have some products need to delivery to other city in China. The Hotel staff helped us to find a box, pack the products and call express delivery. The gentle man in the gate helped us to make phone call to our bus driver. Hotel has excellent meeting facilities, we had a workshop there, the arrangement was super good.

Probably one of the better hotels in yingzhou area, but some major service issues. For example it was 25C outside and the central ac/heat system was blowing hot air. Couldn't sleep for several nights because it was so warm even with windows open

The hotel is located in a highly convenient location, being situated directly opposite a subway station. While the room quality is satisfactory, the room rates may be considered somewhat exorbitant. A significant issue encountered was the malfunctioning air conditioning units in certain rooms. During the winter months, these units exclusively emitted hot air, resulting in unbearably high temperatures within the guest rooms. This issue was confirmed by hotel staff, who acknowledged its recurring nature and the management's awareness of the problem. I personally experienced this inconvenience and was required to relocate to a room on the 32nd floor at 1:00 AM. The breakfast served was of acceptable quality. However, considering the per night rate of 850 RMB, the hotel's overall value proposition appears to be significantly overstated.
