Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort

I stayed at this hotel for two days as part of a tour organized by a travel agency. After several stops during our trip through the countryside, we were quite tired, and this hotel was the perfect place to rest. During these two days, I had several specific requests for the staff, particularly regarding laundry. They were very responsive, and if there is one thing to highlight, it is that the service is excellent. In particular, I had a very good experience with the Marketing Executive.

Beautiful hotel !! The reception and lobby staff are extremely attentive and accommodating. Very polite and courteous to us. The spa is beautiful and massage was great. Restaurant staff are efficient, friendly..dinner and breakfast was lovely. Decor is stylish and the rooms are spotless. We had a lovely mountain and rice paddy view.

This hotel is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area. If so, the standard is extremely low. The staff are generally inattentive. This is the first hotel we stayed at, where you aren't greeted at the front door. The restaurant had very limited selections for the buffet breakfast. The pool area is tragic. The grounds need a tidy up. The pool needed at least 6 inches of water, and it needed cleaning. It also had broken filter covers. Simple things that could be easily done that would make a huge difference. However, no one seems to care. If you want a drink by the pool, forget it. The pool bar looks permanently closed, so you have to dry off, go inside to the restaurant, order a drink, and take it back to the pool yourself. Seems too much trouble for the staff to bring it to you. I would avoid staying at this hotel.
