The hotel looked nice and elegant when I first walked in the lobby. The service was excellent and so is the food. The only issue that I have with the hotel is the room. It smells very bad, and the carpet looks very old and filthy. Add to that, the bathroom smells like urine... I hope they do something about those issues.

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment, finding out that pictures were a bit of a catfish with the facilities being a bit worn down. We ordered two of the more premium rooms with panoramic views, only to find out that the rooms smelled damp and moldy. We did in fact discover that the bathrooms indeed had mold stains, where some places were clumsily painted over trying to cover it. Due to health concerns we relocated to cheaper rooms, as the hotel informed us these were the only options available, but the hotel refused to refund us the discrepancy between the expensive room and the cheaper room we stayed at. So we have basically been scammed out of what we paid for. The lack of responsibility and service was such a disappointment, should have chosen one of the many other options in the city. Go somewhere else.
