great place!! The hotel is nicely decorated, they have a great service and the accommodations are impeccable: super clean and fresh sheets. If you need a place to stay in Asuncion, don't hesitate.
Excellent service from the waiting staff but the management leave a lot to be desired! They lost a 2 week 2 room reservation due to a stupid attitude!!!
Tried to go there to check out the room before making a booking but the entrance was completely sealed off. The guard did not let me enter even after I explained my purpose and said I need to call to make an appointment before doing so. Very strange and unfortunate, as I was thinking of staying here and subsequently making a recommendation to my company to negotiate a corporate rate. I’ve been to hotels all around the region/world and never had a similar experience. A staff member who looked like the hotel manager saw the guard turn me away and did not say anything. Given the unfriendly reception, I will not be back.
