The location is convenient, about 10 minutes from the lively party bars and main shopping areas. Nearby, you’ll find plenty of ATMs, restaurants, and shops for anything you might need. The hotel itself has a charming, traditional style. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and if you stay in a ground-level room, you’ll even have a private mini pool right outside. Room deposit is 2000 Bart on arrival you get pool towel card but once you redeem you keep in your room your towels
Staff were mostly very nice and accommodating, often found it difficult to understand requests but did try their best to work it out. However I stayed with other people (4 rooms total) and we all had things go missing out of our rooms after cleaners had been in for the day. When questioned staff were unhelpful. Items ranged from shoes, chargers to hair products and packets of smokes. Cleaning was super random, some days would be there at 8am to clean the room and other days not until after 6pm Rooms were fine, could do with a renovation in regards to the bathrooms, the showers aren’t great, didn't like the bath/shower combo and shower curtain. Water pressure was terrible, when other rooms are also using the water it takes away from the pressure even more. Room itself was fine though, spacious and neat. Bed was extremely hard though, it was like sleeping on the floor, some pillows were very stiff and then others super flat. Location was good, close to everything, 5 minute walk to Bangla road. Many places to eat nearby.
VERY Poor management. I would not recommend this hotel. At breakfast, female employees only speak to male guests and treat female guests as if they are not there. The female employees ask the male guests if they needed eggs, but as a woman, I had to ask them myself to make a move. It was the same with the reception staff. The rooms are not clean and the shower water pressure and temperature is not kept constant. I felt nauseous when I saw a mouldy shower mat. Housekeeping unlocked the room without knocking while we were in the room. We had to put everything in our suitcases and lock them when we left the room because we saw on Google reviews that other guests had complained of theft. There is a need to prevent theft in these hotels. It was very disappointing. This hotel does not care about us guests in the end. In the reply to the review, they say thank you, your opinion is important, etc., but it is clear from the lack of any improvements. The hotel also said they would provide fruit as an apology, but there is fresh fruit in the neighbourhood for less than a dollar. But to be fair, some of our employees work very hard. We thank them for that. And the location is not bad. There are many possibilities to go to restaurants. Supermarkets are nearby.
