Nippon Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the town center and close to several prominent landmarks, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, meeting all the expected standards. I also had the chance to use the meeting room facilities, which were fully equipped and well-organized. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others. Furthermore, the staff at the reception spoke Arabic and English.

Rooms are quite decent and bathroom is clean and size wise fine too. Close proximity to Taksim Square and restaurants There’s an odd smell that lingers in the room and non smoking room also had cigarette smell throughout our stay. Airconditioner too has some issues as it doesn’t work properly. Bathroom pipelines create odd sounds if nearby rooms use flush etc. Staff is quite nice too.

I arrived at the hotel only to find out they were doing renovations. It’s obvious renovations are planned in advance, so it feels like they took my booking just to lock me in. They offered to move me to a “better” five-star hotel nearby, but I had no real choice. The hotel they sent me to, called Spot, wouldn’t even rate three stars where I’m from. I’m very disappointed with how Nippon Hotel handled this and will be escalating the issue to their head office.
